Sup peeps!

I recently did a Workshop/Lecture for year 10′s and 11′s which went absolutely incredible. The kids were so motivated and engaged before I even got a chance to open my mouth.

The Objective for the Workshop was for them to create T-shirt designs using their own four-worded slogan (with the ‘Is My’ in the middle) being mandatory. I got them to brainstorm things of their interest and link it with a descriptive word. Also the objective was to learn how words and colour can be used to convey a message. I showed examples of this and how to stencil their designs onto the garments. We then made it into a competition so best design was awarded with some T.Magic goodies!

I must say, I saw some great and weird (in a good way) slogans being produced throughout the day. One that stuck in my head was ‘Death Is My Future’. Thought it was nuts but genius at the same time.

Big thanks to Romero Bryan, Osy, Christine and my partner in crime D.O.C for the support and making this possible.

P.S.

The T.Magic Lecture Series is something I will be taking up and down the country. The aim is to help inspire and motivate the younger demographic to reach their full potential within the Arts and Entrepreneurship. There will be more info on this at the beginning of 2010 so be on the look out!

Any enquires please contact us here!

Enjoy the pics!
