Right now there is nobody inspiring me like Will Smith. I'm telling you, I've been watching all his interviews and doing a lot of research on the guy. "The person who works the hardest, Wins." Thanks to Par for the vid.
I would like to dedicate this to Guntur Dwiarmein.

Success Is My Destiny - PLATINUM EDITION AF1’s
January 11th, 2008
The good folks at Nike iD invited me down to their Studios to design some complimentary AF1’s. I designed them to match the ‘Success Is My Destiny’ release. These are special one of ones. Non-before it, none to come. The picture on the computer screen isn’t the best so I’ll give you an explanation. I hit them with the Black patent leather accompanied by the Metallic Silver swoosh and tongue. The ‘Platinum Editions.’ There are more colorways I designed but I’m holding back – for now. Big Thanks to the Nike iD team.

Give a hand to wildlife - WWF Campaign
January 9th, 2008

Came across this piece of advertising the other day. Thought it was a clever way to promote giving a helping hand to the Wildlife - Not that I'ma part of that but hey. Love the fact that the thing you paint with, (your hand) becomes the canvas. Great execution. More pics after the jump.

T.Magic - Success Is My Destiny
January 4th, 2008

Success shouldn’t be measured by the title or position you acquire; but rather by the obstacles you overcome. Always have faith in things unseen – they’ll help you deal with the visible challenges before you. Clearly, these traits exist within the knowtorious T.Magic movement. Doin’ it the ski mask way, London’s bravest artistocrat has got his scrawl on Everywhere getting knowticed and gaining knowteriety in the creative process.
His initial public offering for 2008 captures and ultimately defines the aesthetic of aspirational thought. A quality piece of garment construction that will take the streets and boardrooms by storm. The mantra – Success Is My Destiny – spread across the chest like a shield; a badge of honour. Handcrafted with the expert of bespoke, this fresh black sweater is dipped in contrasting shades of deep purple with three core components: comfort, utility and style.
With only 50 of these masterpieces in existence, you can’t just buy your way into ownership – you gotta walk the talk. That means you must believe in the adage. It’s about life and style. Most of all, strength needs no excuse.
This is so much more than the coming together of maxim and material to form a whole. It’s about emotion. It’s about art. It’s about truth. It’s about change. And it’s about time.

DEPARTURES
January 3rd, 2008
What's good people. Ahhhhh man. My internet has been down all day today. It felt like someone stole part of my freedom for a minute. I guess thats the major affect the net has on our lives in this part of the World.
Anyway, this post is about a new magazine that I was featured in (December last year) called Departures - published by The Lounge Group. They touch on youth trends, marketing and brands of the future (Arrivals: this is the section where I come in) :)
They did a really good piece on T.Magic so check it out. Unfortunately the publication is not sold in stores. It's given to most design agencies which is a good look. Let these people know that you don't have to do things the conventional way to get on. Also google 'Beyond Disruction - changing the rules in the marketplace' by Jean-Marie Dru. Great book.
Big thanks to Alfred Tong & Tom Greatrex. More pics after the jump
