Damien Hirst skull sold for £50 Million

The diamond-encrusted skull by British artist Damien Hirst sold on Thursday for £50 million or($100 million if that sound better lol), a record price for work sold by a living artist, a London gallery announced. The artist’s London gallery, WHITE CUBE, announced today that an unnamed “investment group” has purchased the bauble for the original asking price nearly a month after the unsold piece was removed from display.
The work, entitled ‘For the Love of God’, is a skull cast in platinum and encrusted with 8,601 diamonds. Carbon dating has shown that the original skull on which Hirst’s work is modelled dates to the 18th century.

The Black Hole – The Gift & The Curse

This is where I’m from. Stonebridge aka The Black Hole. If youve done your research then you will know why I call it the Black Hole. Basically I’m releating it to the Black Hole in outter space. I feel the future is bleek for the younger demographic and I’m using The T.Magic Movement as a vehicle to promote change. I see T.Magic as a constellation (group os star in space) that you cannot stop from shinning and spreading that light (knowledge/message).
Its funny because the a vast amount of my inspiration comes from the Black Hole and these images remind me of a War field. I guess we’re fighting the War for Freedom.

Kanye Interview (ITS A MUST SEE)

Wats up. Normally don’t post artists interview and shit like that but this is a special case. Now the people that know me best, know that I connect with Kanye’s artistry on a different level. For me, he is mad inspiring and I see a lot of similarities between us. This interview is a MUST SEE. The man is a fucking genius and a living legend. Like for real, you tell me another music artist out there that takes thier art as serious as Kanye. Now when I say that, I dont mean just rhyme and beats, i’m talking about on all levels such as the the creative input that goes into the videos, the dress style (just remember who brought Polo back), the way he has taken control of the marketing of himself, the live orchestras at shows. Like, there is nobody and I mean nobody putting it down like Kanye in a Pop culture. I am yet to see anyone in entertainment express the amount of passion that Kanye exerts.
