Went to a reception @ MHI store, soho. I met quite a few people that I hadn’t seen in a while. The Amsterdam crew were there (Patta) and I also got a chance to catch up with a good friend from Wieden and Kennedy (Amsterdam).
When I first got there I had some japanese guy asking to take pictures of what I was wearing(T.Magic Hope Tee), for a Japanese mag called Boon. Its funny cause im a big fan of their magazine. I felt like a star for about 10 seconds.

Wats up TMagicworld. Hope everyone’s weekend went well.
I have missed a few days of posting because Ive been pretty busy. Right now its about 4am Monday 30th and my eyes are bleeding red. There’s never enough time in a day. Let me not bore you and get on with the gossip.
Orlando and I went to conduct a lecture in Winchester Uni last week. We spoke to the students about professional graphics and T.Magic. We touched on everything from the creative process to production and even marketing. We were mad nervous while speaking. It was funny because I’m pretty good when it come to speaking to a large group of people.
After the seminar was over we went back to the classrooms to look @ their design work and inspiration. I got a big shock when I saw that one student had used my work as inspiration and he even had a TM T-shirt. That really made my week let alone my day. Its funny because the student using me as inspiration inspires me to create more.
I would like to take this time out to thank Ed and Tim (My lectures @ University) for giving me the oppotunity to reach out to the students.

I saw this interesting outdoor installation in Soho the other day. As an artist I was really inspired by this over sized plug socket. Plug sockets are installed indoor not outdoor due to electricity and rain contact. Thats wat makes this piece of art interesting.

T.Magic Quote Of The Week pt.1

This is the first of something I’ve put together called ‘Quote Of The Week’
I’m a big fan of reading and just generally accuqiring knowledge.
I know for a lot of us life can be hard at times and there are many obstacles along the way, but its the game we must play.
At the beginning of every week I will publish a new motivational/inspirational quote in order to help us get through our daily grind.

TMagicworld: Coming To America Pt.2

While we were in NY, I got the oppotunity to go to the Nike i.D studio (by invitation only) courtesy of Clark Kent. Im an AF1 fiend and what I saw that day made my heart crumble. Nike have really stepped up thier AF1 game. I saw different materials, textures, laces etc. They are really paying attention to detail.
We also went to preview the new 10deep collection. They are really doing thier thing.

TMagicworld: Coming To America Pt.1

Went to New York last month with Magdi and Q (from Slammin Kicks). Had a very insteresting experience. From the offical at immigration telling Magdi and I that if we didn’t fill out the form properly he would send us back to London, to meeting and chilling out with Lupe Fiasco and Dj Clark Kent (courtesy of Magdi), and to even getting a few accounts with stores (thanks to Clark).
The amount of things we accomplished in a week was crazy. Mad networking and working hard as usual.

Graffiti artist Bansky had an exhibition last month at the Andipa Gallery in Knightbridge.
Went down there to get some inspiration and boy was I inspired. I admire the way he has marketed himself as an artist and also the way his work exudes anti war, anti capitalist and anti establishment sentiment. His political and personal wit have gained him huge recognition. His works recently commanding prices in excess of 100,000 GBP. Crazzzzzzzzy.
